Design preview (1-4 days): Your preview lands in your inbox within 1 to 4 days of ordering.
Production (1-3 days): Once you approve the design, we make your order in 1 to 3 days.
Shipping (1-4 days): Your order is packed and sent off, and delivery usually takes 1 to 4 days. Need it sooner? You’ll see faster options at checkout.
All timeframes are in business days.
Hoodies, sweatshirts and t-shirts: up to 2 pets.
Mugs and kids’ products: 1 pet.

A good photo makes a better portrait. Here’s what to look for:
- Good light. Natural light is best, and skip the filters.
- Close up and head on. Show as much of the ears, head, neck and chest as you can, so we can crop in on your pet’s face. Photos of pets lying down don’t work as well.
- No overhead or blurry shots.

To get your order to you as fast as possible, we don’t send artwork previews. But don’t worry! If your photo won’t make a great portrait, we’ll reach out and ask for a new one. Have a look at our Image Guidelines before you upload.
